Terms and Conditions Agreement
EcoShinePros LLC
By scheduling services, signing an estimate or invoice, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. EcoShinePros LLC provides exterior cleaning services using professional equipment and reasonable care; however, EcoShinePros LLC is not liable for any damage that existed prior to service, including but not limited to cracked siding, loose fixtures, failing paint, rotted wood, deteriorated concrete, pre-existing water intrusion, improperly sealed surfaces, or surfaces not suitable for pressure or soft washing. The customer is responsible for disclosing known issues before service begins, and failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the property “as is.” EcoShinePros LLC is not responsible for damages caused by hidden defects, poor construction, aging materials, or previous repairs. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing; invoices not paid when due may incur a late fee of $25, and accounts remaining unpaid for 90 days (3 months) may be subject to collections and/or the filing of a mechanic’s lien against the serviced property as permitted under Minnesota law, with the customer responsible for all associated fees, costs, and interest. EcoShinePros LLC retains the right to suspend future services for nonpayment. EcoShinePros LLC collects limited customer information for business purposes only and does not sell personal information; by signing or allowing service to begin, the customer consents to before-and-after photographs and/or videos being taken of the serviced areas and grants EcoShinePros LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such media for documentation, marketing, advertising, website, and social media purposes without compensation, unless the customer provides written notice prior to service opting out of marketing use. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoShinePros LLC’s liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
