By scheduling services, signing any agreement, or allowing work to begin, the customer expressly consents to EcoShinePros LLC taking before-and-after photographs and/or videos of the work performed and the serviced areas of the property for documentation, quality control, training, and marketing purposes. The customer grants EcoShinePros LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such media on its website, social media accounts, advertisements, and other promotional materials, without compensation, and waives any claims related to privacy, publicity, or image use, provided no intentional personal identification (such as name or exact address) is disclosed without additional consent. Customers who do not wish to have images used for marketing must notify EcoShinePros LLC in writing prior to service; failure to do so constitutes full consent. EcoShinePros LLC takes reasonable steps to safeguard collected information and retains it only as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. This policy is governed by Minnesota law, and to the fullest extent permitted, EcoShinePros LLC disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages, with any claim limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
